It is still inside the DCA6 tables. The joists are 2x10 spanning 13'-11" against 14'-0" allowed, and the 3-ply 2x12 beam has 3 posts 9'-0" apart. A single unsupported 20 ft beam span is not in the tables, which is why the beam is carried on posts.
What changes with size is the paperwork. At 320 sq ft the deck is double the 200 sq ft where the IRC model exempts a small, low, unattached deck, and this one is attached, so expect a permit, a site plan and a framing inspection.
Plan on 5 footings, the stair ones included, and about $3,672.86 in materials at Home Depot prices. If you want a hot tub, a second level or a big overhang, that is outside these tables and needs an engineer.
